SAAD conducts 2-day distribution of agri inputs for the 7 Municipalities in Apayao

APAYAOThe Special Area for Agricultural Development Program (SAAD) of the Department of Agriculture (DA) conducted a 2-day distribution of agricultural inputs to poor farmers in the 7 municipalities of Apayao on May 23 and May 29, 2019.

882 farmer-partners and 5 farmer associations in the municipalities of Flora, Sta. Marcela, Luna, Pudtol, Conner, Calanasan, and Kabugao received rice and corn seeds with complete fertilizers, organic Trichoderma, and livestock Concentrate feeds/Mineral supplements with forage seeds.

The allocation of the SAAD intervention to the 7  Municipalities of Apayao were distributed according to the number and needs of the farmer-partners.
