APAYAO, PHILIPPINES—Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program of the Department of Agriculture (DA) distributed sets of garden tools to twenty-six (26) SAAD farmer-partners in Barangay San Jose, Flora, Apayao on 17 August 2018.
Each set consisted of a bolo, rake, spading fork, grab hoe, and shovel.
The said activity is facilitated by the Area Coordinators (ACs) Ms. Marjorie Africano Tangliben and Ms. Ruby Ann Batara Vicerra. Representative from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Flora Ms. Gladies Lamug also assisted along with Mr. Nel Mark Rasay and Mr. Roldan Alabon Orteza. ###
