APAYAO, PHILIPPINES—The Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program of the Department of Agriculture (DA) held a distribution of seventy (70) sets of assorted garden tools and thirty-two (32) knapsack sprayers in the municipality of Sta. Marcela on 9 August 2018.
The activity is led by SAAD Area Coordinators Ms. Marjorie A. Tangliben and Ms. Ruby Ann Vicerra. They are assisted by Administration Aid VI Ms. Karen Mae Drapiza and Administration Assistant III Ms. Meliza Feliciano.
Seventy (70) farmer-partners received the assorted garden tools (1:1), while thirty-two (32) farmer-partners received knapsack sprayers (1:1). They are from Barangays Barocboc, Consuelo, and San Juan. ###
