NORTH COTABATO — The Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) program in North Cotabato recently delivered 6,577 bags of fertilizer components for rice and corn production. Before the end of 2017, SAAD Coordinators Wenie Gonzales and Rafael Porras, together with OPAG personnel headed by Engr. Arlene Cordero, MLGU-DA, Magpet Rice and Corn Coordinator Henry Supeña, facilitated the municipal-wide deliveries.
