December 20, 2017 | Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Eastern Samar team delivered 135 heads of swine to 45 CY2017 SAAD farmer-beneficiaries under the province’s Swine Fattening Project in barangays Pob #06, San Pedro, and Rizal in the municipality of Quinapondan. Each farmer received three (3) heads of swine.
