July 28, 2017 | The Department of Agriculture-Special Area for Agricultural Development (DA-SAAD) Program in North Cotabato, through its Provincial Coordinator Jerry Tingson, led the distribution of 80,000 Tilapia fingerlings to 160 beneficiaries at City Pavillion, Kidapawan City. This project is a joint effort of Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista & Vice Mayor Bernardo “Jun” Piñol in cooperation with the DA- Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Director Usop D. Pendaliday and the SAAD Program.
