The SAAD PMO assessment is a study tapping all covered provinces of the program to identify and explore the current organizational structures and workforce-related issues of each regional and provincial office.
Primarily, after data gathering from each SAAD-covered province, the national team shall produce a memorandum of the findings and recommendations after review and thorough discussion with the program executives.
