SULTAN KUDARAT, December 13, 2021 – To produce more fresh table eggs, another 2,000 layer chickens were dispersed to 7 farmers’ associations (FA) in Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat. The project which is under the FY 2021 Layer Chicken Production of the Department of Agriculture – Special Area for Agricultural Development (DA-SAAD) Program was distributed on December 1.
The Php 1.3 million worth of project will benefit 225 farmers who begin to contemplate the idea of raising poultry.
From planting various crops, the members believe that the project is an excellent opportunity that ensures significant returns. It can be immediately lucrative just by selling the eggs produced.
