Seventy-five (75) SAAD staff, composed of Area Coordinators, Provincial Coordinators, and Admin Officers, participated in the event. The workshop aimed at enhancing harmony in the workplace, since most of the participants are field implementers and act as frontliners of the program.

Prior to the activity, SAAD Program Director Myer Mula emphasized the importance of their work as they face the farmers in all aspects of program implementation.

The workshop is composed of lectures and exercises prepared by the Institute for Integrality Inc. The participants reflected on their personal and professional gaps. The importance of listening, sharing, and problem-solving were also emphasized through group activities.

At the end of the workshop, some participants shared that they now understand how to handle each other’s strengths and weaknesses to improve communication within the organization.

“The learnings I’ve gathered from the workshop will be useful in the workplace and my personal life”, shared SAAD Region 12 staff Niño Anzano. ###
