Kalinga —Department of Agriculture – Special Area for Agricultural Development (DA-SAAD) Kalinga team oriented 167 SAAD farmer-partners in barangays Dao-angan and Balbalan on the project last January 30 and 31, 2019.
The orientation was facilitated by representatives of the SAAD Regional Program Management Support Office (RPMSO) and SAAD PPMSO and was attended by Municipal Agriculturists Ms. Anita L. Caldingon from Kalinga.
Kalinga is one of the covered provinces of SAAD for 2019 together with Mountain province.
The said event not only briefed the participants on the SAAD Program but also discussed the issues and concerns of the farmer-partners. ###
