Davao City —The Department of Agriculture – Special Area for Agricultural Development (DA-SAAD) held a workshop on Community Logframe and Multi-Year Planning for DA-Regional Field Offices (RFOs) 10, 11 and 13 last January 24-25, 2018.
The participants were welcomed by DA-RFO 11 Regional Technical Director (RTD) for Operations Marila L. Corpuz, who expressed her full support to the SAAD Program. Also participating actively throughout the whole activity was DA-RFO 13 OIC-RTD for Operations, Albert D. Ocampo, Jr.
SAAD National Program Management Office (NPMO) gave the presentations and facilitated the workshop sessions. The SAAD Briefer and the Monitoring and Evaluation forms were discussed by Ms. Fe Ybañez. On the other hand, Mr. Marvin Segovia clarified some points regarding the Beneficiary Profiling Forms.
The Logframe Analysis sessions were handled by Mr. Ulysses Lustria, Jr., while the Multi-Year Planning (MYP) was discussed by Ms. Ybañez.
Meanwhile, Engr. Kristine Eusebio presented the SAAD fund utilization status for 2017 per region. DA-RFO 10 got the highest obligation with the rate of 100%.
Some concerns raised and resolved were about the hiring of Job Orders and the timeline for the submission of the SAAD MYPs.
