SAAD Program holds Turn Over Ceremony to Northern Samar farmer-beneficiary

May 25, 2017 | The Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program hands down agricultural interventions to the farmer-beneficiary of Northern Samar at Leyte Park Resort Hotel, Tacloban City, Leyte. SAAD Program Director Lerey A. Panes (center) steered the ceremonial distribution of corn, rice and vegetable seeds and fertilizers to Diodulo Dolonzo (left side of Panes, in blue polo shirt). The Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) also took part in the said Turn Over Ceremony.
