May 01, 2017  | The Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program in North Cotabato  spend their holiday distributing 200 sacks of Hybrid Corn Seeds, 100 sacks of fertilizer, and 20 bags of vegetable seeds from  the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 12 Banner Programs to the beneficiaries of New Life Farmer Association (NLFA) at Tamped, Matalam, Cotabato. DA-RFO 12 Regional Executive Director, Milagros Casis CE also shared a message to the beneficiaries and SAAD staff during the event.
