May 05, 2017| In celebration of the Farmers and Fisherfolk’s Month, the Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program in North Cotabato joins the launching of a farmers’ forum in Pigcawayan, North Cotabato. Provincial Coordinator Jerry Tingson, along with the SAAD Provincial Program Management Support Office (PPMSO) of North-Cot, guided the farmer beneficiaries in crafting project proposals and assisted in the distribution of Tilapia fingerlings to the recipients.
