April 26, 2017 | The Department of Agriculture – Special Area for Agriculture Development (DA-SAAD) Sarangani team purchases upland rice seedlings through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist. It will be ready in distribution for the partner-beneficiaries of the Diversified Upland Rice Development Project in Sitio Banlas, Kihan, Malapatan.
