He also expressed appreciation for the sustained support of the Local Government Units to the Department’s programs and projects.

The activity was an initiative of the Provincial Government led by Governor Robert Lyndon Barbers through the Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO) led by Ruby Ann S. Lagahit and the Provincial Veterinary Office led by Dr. Life Shiela L. Cubillanes, DVM.

Since the Program’s inception in SDN, the Provincial Government has extended technical support to the Program during conduct of livelihood training with some resource persons sourced from the PAO. PAO staff also provide advice during deliveries of inputs, consultative meetings, and coordination with Municipal Agriculture Offices.

Another set of turnover is scheduled by the end of July for the two Goat Production Projects to two farmers’ groups in Pilar and Santa Monica, SDN, completing the 20 SAAD projects in the province. ###
