Phase 1

The selection follows a phased approach, with 10 provinces identified for support from 2017 to 2022, an additional 10 provinces added from 2018 to 2022, and another 10 provinces included from 2019 to 2022. This systematic expansion ensures targeted and sustainable agricultural development in areas with the greatest need.
