SAAD Maguindanao delivers 500 ducks and 100 bags of feeds to beneficiaries in Paglat

MAGUINDANAO — Five hundred fifty (550) heads of mallard ducks and one hundred (100) 200-kg bags of feeds, fifty (50) bags of pre-layer, and fifty (50) bags of pre-pallet were distributed to twenty-five (25) beneficiaries  from Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of  Paglat, Maguindanao, by Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program-Maguindanao last February 1, 2018.

 

During the turnover program, Sagadingan M. Gumonsang, the Brgy. Captain of Poblacion, Paglat, expressed gratitude to the SAAD on behalf of his constituents.  He stated: “This is the first time that we have been given a project like this with four components. We have to take care of the inputs we received. With this, we can build trust and our place will have more projects to come.  Thanks to SAAD.”

 

Also present were representatives from the Office of Provincial Agriculturist, Municipal Agriculture Office, MLGU & BLGU.

The twenty-five (25)  beneficiaries are included in the two hundred (200) beneficiaries who received twenty- two (22) heads mallard ducks and four (4) bags of laying pellet feed interventions each, as part of SAAD’s Integrated Sustainable Livelihood Assistance for Maguindanao (ISLAM) Project 2017. ###
